Description: In version 2.0.1 of Krayin CRM on an iPad using Safari, when attempting to open the side menu, it only expands halfway, cutting off the rest of the menu options. This makes it difficult to navigate the platform.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Krayin CRM on an iPad using Safari.
  2. Tap on the menu icon to expand the side menu.
  3. Observe that the menu only partially expands, with the rest of it cut off.

Expected Result: The menu should fully expand, displaying all available options.

Actual Result: The menu only opens halfway, cutting off the remaining options and making navigation difficult.

Device Information:

Device: iPad
OS Version: 17.6.1
Browser: Safari

Additional Information: A screenshot is attached to provide further clarity on the issue.

Thank you for your response.

From the video you provided, it seems that testing was done using mobile device emulation mode in the desktop browser's developer tools, where the issue does not occur. Indeed, when tested in this mode, the problem is absent. However, I recommend testing directly on a mobile device, preferably an iPad if possible, as the issue specifically occurs on such devices.

To rule out any environmental factors, I also tested the issue on the Demo version available on your website, and the problem persists. I have attached a video recorded from my tablet, which clearly demonstrates the issue.

Tomorrow, I will gather additional information that might help in resolving this issue.
